Responsibilities:
• Create and design digital images for product applications.
• Operate lab printing presses to produce high quality, trend driven prints for customer approval and the establishing of color/design masters.
• Ability to make adjustments via ink colors and printing processes to match designs and maximize the visual impact of the designs.
• Output digital files for production printing.
• Ability to screen print design samples.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Present yearly trend presentation to selected key customers
• Contribute on market trend research and apply the information towards presentations

Job requirements/Candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Creative Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Printing or related field
• Minimum 5 years Hands-on experience with screen printing, (manual or machine) or similar printing press
• Minimum 2 years digital design experience
• Skill in operating various computer hardware and software such as: PC and Mac computer, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator software, digital color printer, digital scanner
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner. Work closely with global design team to develop appropriate design print samples
• Creative ability to design innovative designs
• Strong ability to evaluate color; will need to take a color test
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong aptitude for meeting deadlines
• Ability to evaluate and correct color proofs and digital images using visual and color perception
• Knowledge of manufacturing materials, processes and methods as they apply to the graphic arts field is essential
• Travel domestically & internationally as required to support projects & presentations (approximately 10%)
