Responsibilities:1.  Act as the site Contact window to work with the BA team to follow the BA ALPS strategy, deployment plan and regularly report the ALPS progress of the site;
2. Transfer/communicate the key directions/Strategy from BA to sites. Develop/update the ALPS roadmap for the site, which to be fully meet with the BA ALPS strategy and direction; Setup the KPIs to measure the site improvement progress.
3. Lead and standardize the detail implementation of ALPS of site including 5S, Kaizen, standardized work, SMED, TPM, VSM, JIT etc; Closely monitor the overall improvement progress to ensure the good progress on going.
4. Define the business pain and operation gap for the site,  support the work processes optimization to improve the performance on OEE, MME, lead time, RFT rate, customer complaint etc for mfg profitability at the four mfg sites.
5. Lean culture promotion within the organization: provide the regular ALPStrainings to PRC mfg sites. Introduce and promote the advance mfg tools to be used at the shop floor to improve the team members’ capability and improve the working efficiency.
6. Build up the Best practices sharing network within the Deco mfg sites.
7. Define the site people capability needs &requests for the continuous improvement. Develop and implement the trainings and coaches to improve the site team’s capabililty.
8.  Participate in  the site  capacity expansion  project for  layout design, commissioning, production preparation & people training to ensure Lean elements are well considered in the new mfg project/facilities.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Requirements:- Bachelor degree or above in Science, Engineering, Technical or equivalence; with at least 3 years experiences in a multinational company;
- 5 years minimum systematical Lean and CPI implementation experience include deployment and training in lean principles and concepts, including key lean tools such as 5S, Pull production, KANBAN, error proofing, standard work, TPM ,  SMED, A3 and VSM etc.
- Good communication skill and coach capability; Good business thinking;
- Certificated of 6 sigma GB is a plus.
