- Evaluate/execute the day-to-day pricing activities across multiple product categories; Analyze and communicate actual performance for business teams to determine if adjustments to strategy are needed
- Act role that across all product categories within the pricing optimization tool for pricing recommendations, analysis and reporting, training and configuration and strategy models
- Plan and develop pricing timelines together with business for price off periods that align with financial goals and ongoing opportunities for pricing strategies to drive margin and market share.
- Provide fact-based analysis to product category and planning teams in selecting pricing rules that result in increased sales, profit and/or market share
- Support to evaluate the marketplace and competitive data to optimally align pricing strategies within the marketplace and store-specific zones
- Research and work with the business to resolve pricing issues as reported by stores and/or system-generated reports
- Facilitate sales and rebate contract
- Price/cost related project involvement and lead

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
- Be able to cope with working across a range of areas in a busy, commercial environment.
- Must be competent in software programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
- Positive and good communication skills;
- Finance background is a preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Good reporting and analytical skills, including carrying out weekly and monthly reporting on trade.
- Be able to scrutinize tender documents and be aware of changes in the market as well as complete and analyze tender documents.
- 5 to 8 years equivalent(demand / planning) experience
