Functional Responsibilities/Network:
Manage the global digital program, ensuring that projects are delivered according to plan and under budget, and that planned business benefits are delivered.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of all digital agencies, team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The program currently underway is to replace the Dulux websites globally with a new digital front end that is localized for each market. This will extend to all brands and audiences in the near future.

- In charge of all digital operations which needs to be controlled in a cost efficient and effective manner
- Overall responsible for on time delivery
- Coordinate and control a broad program of digital projects and activities through internal teams, agency partners and other service providers
- Direct and manage a team of digital agencies, project managers and third parties
- Build and evolve a portfolio of easily localized and integrated digital assets to work across brands, markets and audiences - achieving cost synergies through harmonization of technical architectures
- Act as gate keeper by controlling the stages of projects and agencies and reporting consistently to the MSU leads, Marketers Globally
- Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- Effectively communicate program process to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel 
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the program team
- Identify and manage dependencies and critical path
- Track program milestones and deliverables
- Effectively manage  program costs / budgets within agreed tolerance
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the program

Job Context
This role has Global Decorative Paints responsibility and is part of the Global / European Headquarters.
This role is part of the Digital Ecommerce team.
You will be working closely with both the global team, local markets and digital agencies.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, communication or related field plus 10+ years of experience in senior digital marketing or project management role
- Experience of delivering digital projects and activities through agency partners and service providers; between 7 to 10 years of experience
- Proven experience of stakeholder management, managing by influence and leading cross functional teams; Experience in shifting traditional retail into an digital multi-channel shopping experience
- Proven experience of managing a program of multiple digital development projects (e.g. web, apps, tools etc.)
- Project or Program Management qualification
- Knowledge and experience of decorative paints market highly desirable
- Demonstrated passion for innovative digital technology and industry trends
