Responsibility

Describe the responsibilities as clearly as possible. Which tasks is the job holder responsible for and in what way? What results are to be achieved?
- Deliver sales targets (Jobs, ASP) and service KPI (Conversion rate, Customer Satisfaction rate) in designated area.
- Identifies business opportunities such as new model or channel to improve the Dulux EPS awareness
- Build a strong Service Provider(SP) base and manage the day to day operation- Identify, plan and develop new service provider in line with business development and marketing plans and targets.
- Help SP to form the team and establish necessary organization structure
- Train and coach the SP to build service capability
- Supervise SP to implement the service SOP to ensure high-quality service delivered
- Identifies business opportunities, pinpoints and tries to resolve existing and/or potential problems and requests support from the upper management or supporting functions
- Present, implement and train customers on appropriate updated tools and assortment

- Follow the principle of ground promotion to develop local promotion plan
- Continue explore the customer needs and enhance the customer experience - Good at asking, observing, communication with customers to explore the customer needs
- Collect customer feedback and suggestions
- Predict and test the service detail base on the analysis of customer feedback  

Closely work with function department to deliver excellent business result

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- University degree or above;
- At least 3 year working experiences
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
- Good analytical skills and execution
- Good business acumen with innovative enthusiasm
- Fluent in Mandarin, workable English in written, and spoken is a preference
- High motivation and results-orientated
- Willingness to travel
