Sales Representative (f/m)
 
 
Your Responsibilities:
- Manages a portfolio of customers
- Identifies, plans and develops new customers and negotiate sales in line with business development plan and targets
- Identifies business opportunities, pinpoints and resolves existing and/or potential problems and requests support from the staff functions
- Informs the upper management about the required sales support level if needed
- Has expert knowledge on the features and benefits of available products/services
- Cooperates with Technical Representative in educating customers on technical requirements of
- available product lines, IT support tools and non-paint assortment
- Systematically up-dates CRM with valid, accurate and complete customer-related information
- Identifies  targets and implements the approved sales strategies in the assigned marketplace

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics, Sales or similar qualification
- Experience in similar position in coatings industry
- Very good communication skills in English
- Natural hunter who enjoys and takes ownership for developing new business
- Team player who proactively networks with connected staff functions to serve the customer’s needs and who promotes the positive company image and develops long-term relations with the customers
