Manager Strategic Accounts OEM Interior Region DACH (f/m)
 
 
 
Key  Responsibilities:
- Manages a portfolio of strategic customers in the wood processing industry
- Identifies, plans and develops new customers and negotiate sales in line with business development plan and targets
- Identifies business opportunities, pinpoints and resolves existing and/or potential problems and requests support from the staff functions
- Builds and manages a team of technical and sales representatives to implement the market development strategy and regional sales plan
- Collaborate with Technical Representative to provide best in class solution to strategic customers
- Identifies targets and implements the approved sales strategies in the assigned marketplace

Job requirements/Candidate profile

 
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in economics, sales or similar qualification
- Strategic sales experience in similar position in coatings industry
- Natural hunter who enjoys and takes ownership for developing new business
- Leadership experience
- Team player who proactively networks with connected staff functions to serve the customer’s needs and who promotes the positive company image and develops long-term relations
- Very good communication skills in English
