1. To function as Procurement Analyst
- Be responsible for raw material index reporting; provide accurate and in-time raw material market analysis
- Marketing intelligence information collecting and sharing to the team.
- RM portfolio analysis for categories as well as for each manufacturing site
- Analysis on RM price movement impact on final FG margin, provide price control suggestions to SAMB and local buyers
- Coordinator for all improvement / TCO projects such as TEC, VE, price to price etc.
- To act as the contact window for Global reporting tools in Deco China, including raw material index, ANT etc
- Be responsible for the cross-functional reporting coordination, such as VE saving update, cross-functional sharing of raw material market intelligence
- Closely work with Finance functions to keep high-level of reporting quality, including but not limited to Finance Business Partner, Finance Reporting & Operation team.
- To analyse procurement compliance reports and take appropriate action to correct/prevent
- To run price tables, share point updates periodically so that all the stakeholders gets a timely update of the information
- Contract compliance tracking
- Manage timely release of Balance Score Card of the function

0. Key user - SRM
- Continual improvement in the productivity of SRM
- To work as SPOC for SRM issues including raising tickets, review
- Hosting of local catalogues
Key outcome: On time In full resolution of issues, Productivity of SRM
0. Key User – Master Data Governance (MDG)
- Continual improvement in the productivity of MDG for both material and vendor
- To work as SPOC for MDG issues including raising tickets, review
- Work as purchasing lead for Singapore for MDG related activity
               Key outcome: Quality and timeliness of governance
0. Key User - SAP
- Continual improvement in the productivity of SAP – P2P
- To work as SPOC for SAP Procurement related issues including raising tickets, review
- Building analytics for the functions including BI. Work closely with application services team

- University graduate in BC degree above is required;
- Continuous min three years working experiences in the field of purchasing in multi-national company;
- Logical thinking and sensitive to numbers;
- Very strong in understanding numbers and computer knowledge;
- Highly responsibilities, honestly, teamwork spirit;
- Integrity is essential as well as passion and commitment;
- Able to work under pressure as well as able to motivate and develop staff;
- Good team player and possess good communication skill and interpersonal skill;
- Strong computer proficiency and application especially in Excel;
- Good at spoken and written English are essential;
- Strong presentation skills are plus.
