Responsibility

- Implement annual digital media plan and calendar with the consideration of overall yearly brand media plan.
- Take the lead of social media communication strategy, content development and KPIs evaluation such Wechat, Weibo, Zhihu etc.
- Regular provide feedback and insights gained from social media to MKT team.
- Support MKT team around digital media planning and buying to deliver integrated campaign objective.
- Co-work with E-commerce team and product team to develop and execute campaign based media plan on E-commerce platform ( normally 4 months per year, according to Marketing calendar).
- Lead search initiates including SEO, SEM, brand zone and iWOM. Work out overall search strategy and align internally with brand team. Lead the execution with brand team and timely tracking/revising along the way.
- Monitor crisis on digital and coordinate in functional teams to quick react.
- Stay abreast of market, industry and out of industry digital marketing trends and strategy.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Bachelor degree
- 5+ years digital marketing experience required.
- E-commerce experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skill
- Be self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Fluent in oral and written English, and skillful in MS office.
