Our Decorative Paints business area adds color to people’s lives with a full range of interior and exterior decoration and protection products for the trade and consumer markets. As authorities on color we aim to provide all our customers – from professional decorators to DIY enthusiasts – with a great color experience and a fantastic finish. Our range includes paints, lacquers and varnishes, as well as products for surface preparation (pre-deco products).

In our Decorative Paints Supply Chain Planning center, which consists of a dynamic team of 100 people from approx. 25 different nationalities, we develop and implement leading best practices. We are looking forward to welcoming two Communication interns who share our passion to excel and believe in a collaborative “winning together” approach.

Who are we looking for?
We offer two Communication internships:

1. Communication intern – media specialization (>3 months):
- Recruitment & branding: help us to build our social media presence (primarily LinkedIn) and support in strengthening our relationship with universities
- Communication & preparation support around important trainings that will help us to further transform into a world class performing organization

2. Communication intern – tech specialization (>3 months):
- help us to build our website for knowledge management & communication and its official launch in the department. Knowledge/experience in HTML programming, Sharepoint Office 2007 / Office 365 are important as well as talent for reviewing existing knowledge / communication sources in collaboration with stakeholders and embed them in the new set up.
The internship will take a minimum of 3 months and preferably starts in June 2017.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

We are looking for hands-on students who think first & do second and who work independently while aligning & asking support when needed to achieve maximum internal customer satisfaction. The study background of interested students is less important, however a demonstrated affinity and expertise is vital. Good English proficiency (talk, read and write) is a must.
Interns work as part of the Business Process team of the Supply Chain department.
