Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. 负责所在区域与公司有战略关系的重点地产商工程项目的全部跟进工作, 提升重点工程项目签约成功率
2. 做好与重点地产商客户设计、成本、采购及项目部的对接及关系维护
3. 完成直供战略客户的下单及收款工作
4.区域内挖掘培养适合为战略客户服务的工程经销商资源
5.积极收集战略客户工程项目信息,满足公司信息管理需求
