Business Understanding:
- Deepen understanding of the paint industry, competitive situation, market dynamics, consumer/customer insights & behaviors
- Sharpen knowledge and identify growth opportunities in one of companies biggest sales contributor – Mass Channel
- Analyze and diagnose sales performance via communication with field, product sales tracking, distribution tracking, promotion plans understanding
New Product Launch & Product Portfolio Management:
- Identify new customer needs, benchmark competitors, set strategic purposes of New Product Launch, set pricing strategy & distribution plan. Collaborate with multi-functions to implement NPL on time and deliver sales results
- Monitor market price levels to contribute to pricing strategy (including margin management and competitor pricing analysis)
- Contribute to cost to serve and aligns to ensure product stewardship and sustainability are maintained for each product in portfolio
- Set criteria for identifying underperforming SKUs, lead the discontinuation process
Market communication:
- Develop customer communication material (including but not limited to leaflet, print, outdoor, point-of-sell materials), and liaise with external agencies to make promotional materials

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Bachelor and above degree in marketing management or related major
- 2-3 years marketing experience within B2B or B2C companies
- Strong logical thinking, pro-active, strong ownership, curiosity, good problem solver capability
- Command English and Microsoft Office application skills
- Good communication, influence, negotiation and presentation skills
- Sufficient office knowledge and social experience
