Now you have gained customer service experience in a telephone sales environment you are looking to develop your skills in a business that will encourage your input, welcome your ideas and act on them. That business is AkzoNobel. We are looking for ambitious customer service professionals to provide first class sales support to sales teams and other stakeholders and help deliver business targets.
As Project Coordinator you will deliver effective customer service by overseeing processes and administration enabling sales team to maximise their selling time and meet financial performance targets. You will maintain records and our CRM system, ensuring information held is accurate and updated. You will work closely with key accounts to effectively manage the Drawback and claims process too. You will also manage and track Projects to ensure specification is won through to paint on the wall by arming the salesforce with timely up to date information. In addition you will create and run reports for stakeholders.
To succeed you will need experience of delivering high standards of customer service in a call centre environment. You will understand the importance of getting details right first time and be totally customer focussed. Highly numerate, you will possess excellent telephone, communication and IT skills as well as an eye for detail. You will enjoy the challenge of working to tight deadlines, solving problems and juggling changing priorities in a fast moving environment.
