Responsibility

- To implement all relevant projects assigned by the line manager from the yearly Technical Department Objective in accordance with AkzoNobel HSE&S and Product Stewardship requirements
- To provide effective technical supports to relate functions include Marketing, Sales and Operation related to color.
- To work with team to complete all color database development for China/Taiwan/HK/Korea.
- Verify customer complaints related to color and make corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
- To collaborate with Marketing on annual flight plan for new product development, and related new color card approval and releasing
- To maintain and regularly review ISO procedures and SOP process pertaining to color daily operation for project channel.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- The position requires Bachelor and above in chemistry, applied chemistry or strong technical related background.
- Have in-depth knowledge of color related industry, and sound experience of lab management for at least 3 years working.
- Good communication skill, presentation skill, project management and teamwork are required for this position. Skilled knowledge in computer operating knowledge i.e. using Power Point, Excel & Words
- Be skilled in English and be capable to interact with senior colleagues across the other functions with ease
