Responsibility

1.     Supports Brand Manager to work out annual communication plan with clear differentiation and strong consumer bonding. (10%)
2.     Support to manages the development  of selected integrated (360) brand communication and develop the communication materials for exploitation  tobuild EPS brand awareness and consideration. (15%)
3.     Implement the execution plans to ensure  that relevant brand objectives are well delivered and monitor brand performance of the execution plan. (20%)
4.     Support to handle the EPS digital communication under the identified brand idea to actively improve the brand awareness and preference among consumers. (15%)
5.     Support to explore consumer experience improve opportunity and liaise with sales team to ensure the relevant tactic plans are well implemented. (10%).
6.     Control of brand communication expenditure within the allocated budget, leveraging resources to gain optimal ROI. (5%)
7.     Manage 4A creative agency and several local agencies on project basis. (25%)
to build EPS as a foundation of Dulux.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1.     Support Brand Manager to work out the annual communication plan by strategically assessing market opportunities, consumer insight/trend & competitive situation and creatively translate that into the campaign-able BIG idea which can sustainably & consistently building the brand with clear differentiation and strong consumer bonding.
2.     Support to manage the development  of selected integrated (360) brand communication  including  ATL – TVC, Digital,  Print ads,  Press Conference, Roadshow and specific long-term projects and BTL--in-store /community activity co-ordination etc. to activate the brand idea and develop the communication material s for exploitation across a number of channels to build brand awareness and consideration.
3.     Implement the execution plans to ensure that relevant brand objectives are well delivered and monitor brand performance of the execution plan.
4.     Support to handle the EPS digital communication including social activities, search engine optimization, home page development etc. under the identified brand idea to actively improve the brand awareness and preference among consumers.
5.     Support to explore consumer experience improve opportunity including service scope, operation process, consumer communication etc. and liaise with sales team to ensure the relevant tactic plans are well implemented.
6.     Control of brand communication expenditure within the allocated budget, leveraging resources to gain optimal ROI.
7.     Manage 4A creative agency and several local agencies on project basis.
