Responsibility


1. Financial Accounting & Treasury
• Responsible for statutory financial reporting including by entity; ensure the accuracy and integrity of the reported financials for each entity;
• Implement and maintain corporate provided accounting principle;
• Ensure timely & accurate month end closing;
• Provide accounting guidance to business partners;
• Build up BU balance sheet, Bank reconciliation review process;
• Review, forecast and closely monitor PRC cash flow;
• Be responsible for finance operation and makes sure that financial policies and processes are fully applied and well controlled;
• Supervise daily operation, e.g. payment flow, Tax declaration, expense process, bank account administration, and work together with user department / FSSC to make improvement.
2. Tax and Invoicing
• Review monthly and quarterly tax declarations forms, to ensure that the above declarations always fully comply with tax law or regulation;
• Review annual corporate income tax liquidation;
• Review tax planning, proactively spot tax exposures and avoid any tax penalty, and provide management with precise and prompt tax regulation updates;
• Implement company's newly-revised tax policies and strategies;
• Ensure effective and efficient invoicing process.
3. Contact window / Relationship management
• Contact window with global department e.g. ACD, ATD, Treasury. Lead global accounting projects implementation in BU;
• Closely work with FSSC and participate in their KPI setting to drive operation excellence;
• Maintain good external relationships, like tax bureau, SAFE (外管局) etc.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

• At least 8 years total finance experience of which at least 2 year at a manager or above level
• Proper people management skill and ability to lead team to solve problems and make improvements
• Big 4 firm preferred, China/IFRS GAAP knowledge required
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• ERP experience required
• Good in English writing and speaking
• High personal ethics and team attitude
