AkzoNobel Inc.–has an outstanding opportunity for a Fleet Coordinator.
Specific Tasks:
- Coordinates the fleet/car lease activities for approximately 800+ fleet vehicles in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
- Serves as the primary contact for company employees who have company cars in matters related to the administration of the car policy.
- Acts as the operational contact with the supplier providing the vehicles, facilitating support services and problem resolution.
- Coordinates the scheduling and renewal of lease vehicles twice a year.
- Assists Contact Center Specialists when needed including answering phones, resolving cases, research, etc.
- Administers the AkzoNobel North American Fleet program within policy as set by the Rewards department.
- Supports fleet scheduling twice a year for leased vehicles as identified by the HR/Supplier.
- Participates in yearly review of vehicle offerings to optimize fleet and vehicle rentals.
- Coordinates the service repairs, maintenance as required and resolve insurance and accident claims with fleet companies.
- Coordinates the acquisition and disposal for company cars, vehicle inspections where required, licensing, titles, insurance, safety, accident review, monitors maintenance schedules, ensures accurate inventory of vehicles, and performs other activities that support the operations of the vehicle fleet.
- Coordinates the return of vehicles when an employee separates from the company.

- Minimum of two years of business experience, preferably in Logistics,
- Supply Chain, Procurement, or Transportation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
