Provides administrative support to the High Point Management Team.

Principal Accountabilities/Critical Objectives

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty safely, satisfactorily, and in a timely manner.

• Must follow all established safety rules and procedures
• Must demonstrate integrity while performing duties as per company’s Code of Conduct
• Performs and coordinates administrative tasks for Site Manager
• Provides back up for receptionist.
• Reconciles temporary labor, pre-employment, return to work invoices.
• Purchases as requested.
• Maintains customer complaint database; blocks stock on initial complaint.
• Files and scans raw material COAs.
• Provides data entry support for maintenance system

• Intermediate computer skills for data tabulation, analysis and report preparation (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
