- Operate daily sales order, arrange shipment both from shanghai site to external warehouse and from warehouse to shipyard/ship, prepare the shipping documents;
- Guide and monitor external warehouse daily and quarterly stock taking;
- Order and goods tracking via TMS ( trade management system) and MFGPro;
- External agent warehouse management, identify the gap between standard;
- Track orders supplying status, ensure delivery on time; check and feedback the risk in supplying and take corresponding actions;
- Audit the out-sourcing transport contractor qualification monthly, including vehicles and personnel information within the request of government dangerous goods vehicle management rules and company HSE policy to ensure good qualification and compliance employees of those contractor have;
- Summarize relevant monthly report to BU and AkzoNobel group, including MRC report, transportation/ warehouse cost report based on MFG system and manual record to support on analyses of operation cost;
- Inventory management at external agent warehouse, proper inventory target will be set up in advance to you.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- College degree or above, logistics, transportation management or related fields.
- Could be a fresh graduate or some work experience in logistics operations and customs declaration, having logistics experience is preferred.
- Familiar with planning process and able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- A real team player with interpersonal skills and ability to work across-function org.
- Good English skills in written and oral.
- Good knowledge in MFG/Pro system is preferred.
- High sense of responsibility and loyalty.
- Could work under high-pressure
