Our Protective Coatings Business Unit offers an extensive range of high-performance coatings for corrosion and fire protection for assets across a range of industries, both offshore and onshore. We are strong in up-stream offshore and power, and are an overall market leader with International® brand. We have good relationships within the oil and gas industry, and also service fire protection and engineering, while leading in technical service.
This position will support the risk and liability functions for North America.  The primary responsibility of this role is to provide contract administrative support, including drafting and reviewing agreements, contract audits, drafting warranty documents and managing the claims process for North America.
Must be well organized and able to multi-task,  This position is extremely detail orientated; must be able to work independently on a daily basis while using the team to resolve issues as well as the ability to lead and manage situations when required.
·         Review of documents required by customers
·         Negotiate solution to satisfy all parties
·         Record and analyze trends in claims
·         Review rebate calculations for payment

Job requirements/Candidate profile

·         Expert in Microsoft Word and demonstrate an overall aptitude for IT applications. 
·         Excellent communication skills with that ability to liaise with and support the sales force in order to come to a fair conclusion would be ideal. 
·         Strong negotiation and mediation skills will be required in order to find an optimal solution in some cases, which may require direct communication with the customer at times. 
·         Good presentation skills and the ability to explain each situation clearly and thoroughly to the stakeholders will be essential.
·         Familiarity to MFG-Pro preferred. 
·         High school graduate is required, college degree preferred.
