About the Organizational Change Management (OCM) department
As GBS continues to grow and transitions more work from legacy service locations to new captive shared services centers and BPO operations, we run the risk of disrupting the businesses and creating resistance.
GBS has a strong culture of continuous improvement and talent development. To strengthen our capabilities, projects will be initiated and executed in various areas on an ongoing basis.
The transition of more work into GBS results in several transitions running in parallel at any given time. Furthermore, to strengthen our capabilities, improvement projects will be initiated and executed in various areas on an ongoing basis. Both transitions and projects require organizational change management to ensure minimal organizational disruption and maximize outcomes.
