1. Deliver sales targets in District (net sales value, segment mix, ASP) agreed with Area Sales Manager in order to fulfil company’s strategy plan on marketing share and profit requirements.
- SMART target setting to team members to get agreement and support from the team
- Track the team and individual performance to find the root cause to eliminate the gaps or adjust the target accordingly
- Communicate weekly and monthly reasonable and achievable sales plan with supervisor and subordinates, and share with other functions to reduce the shortage
- Make the up-to date resources request list according to market trend and business direction. Effectively utilize the company assigned resources to promote and attract additional demand  from competitors
- Set up and maintain diverse retail channels in own district based on company’s different channel strategy and plan
- Actively execute company’s market approaches and in time feedback on any market response to these approaches for company to make adjustment
- Identify opportunities to grow the business
2. Build a strong customer base and distributor network throughout the district.
- Effectively classify, maintain and develop qualified distributors
- Build good interpersonal relationship with distributors
- Provide valuable suggestions and plans on continuous growth and financial profit to distributors to build up the distributors’ confidence on their investment to our products and channel
- Care about complaints and take quick actions to improve customer satisfaction
3. Lead and develop the Sales Team to build up a stable and powerful team
- Encourage the team members to give the suggestions and comments on target, plan and execution actions, and get their agreements
- Design and deliver coach plan to improve the team member’s competence
- Set up the platform of sharing, learning among the team and across other teams
- Plan and develop the key positions or talents
4. Closely work with function department to deliver excellent business result
5. Monitor and reduce the overdue to eliminate financial risks

1. University degree or above;
2. At least 3 years working experiences on retail channel management
3. Leadership ability on sales team management
4. Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
5. Strategic thinking with good analytical skills and execution
6. Fluent in Mandarin, Good English in written, and spoken is a preference
7. High motivation and results-orientated
8. Willingness to travel
