Sales Support Representative
Salary £19,320 + bonus + Benefits including pension and private health schemes, life assurance staff discounts and many more.

Dulux Decorator Centre (DDC) is looking for ambitious Sales / Account Managers to provide sales expertise through the highest quality of customer service to existing Customers Accounts as well as promoting our business to new potential customers.
Working closely with our wider Sales teams this position sits within Altrincham Support Centre home to our DDC Head Office. To be successful in this role you must have previous Sales / Account Management experience and the ability to influence and negotiate.
As Sales Support Representative you will build strong relationships with the DDC store network and our National Sales Team by working to support them in maximising sales opportunities and providing a world class customer experience.
You will also proactively promote our business by making outbound calls to current and potential customers, ensuring procedures are followed and orders processed accurately and on time. High professional standards, an ability to work towards sales targets and a passion for great customer service are vital.

To succeed you will need experience of delivering a high standard of customer service within a sales driven environment. A track record of achieving sales targets would be an advantage.
You will understand the importance of getting details right first time and be totally customer focussed. Highly numerate, you will possess excellent communication, sales and IT skills as well as an eye for detail. You will enjoy the challenge of working to tight deadlines, solving problems and juggling changing priorities in a fast moving sales environment.
