1. Establish annual equipment maintenance plan, including maintenance times, scope of the equipment based on importance/priority of equipment and specifications to ensure all the company equipment are in good order
2. Update annual company fix capitals which under the control of Engineering department and sporadic engineering projects according to annual CAPEX investment of company and group request to ensure new and old equipment alternate smoothly and improve its efficiency
3. Establish maintenance plan on special equipment which stipulated by national, including forklift, elevator, pressure vessel and lifting equipment etc. to ensure all the related equipment are passing the annual check
4. Assign and arrange maintenance operator to repair on sporadic equipment besides annual maintenance plan according to sudden failure reported by site person to ensure on time completion of salving the problem.
5. Keep the integrated record of every maintenance event according to internal and external ISO audit request and to supporting on quality and prescription during the maintenance process
6. Responsible for the firefighting system, to make sure the system in good condition.
7. Responsible for improving site automation

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. College or above degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Automation major.
2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in engineering of manufactory, including 3-5 years supervisor experiences.
3. In-depth knowledge in automation.
4. Strong communication skill with both internal and external customer.
5. Good English skills.
6. Be familiar with PLC
