Responsibility

1. Responsible for plant colour technical support in project channel. Provide effective technical supports to Tinting/ plaint to achieve improvement in manufacturing efficiency.
2. Responsible for TJO/MTO color development and management. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project teams to ensure programs/projects progress.
3. Color complaint investigation regarding to quality issues. 100% complete color complaint and root cause analysis in required time.
4. Responsible for other color projects, such as tinting formula optimization, colorants upgrade, cost saving, and other pigments replacement projects in accordance with HSE&S Product Stewardship requirements.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Qualifications
BS or above degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
Good computer operating knowledge and presentation ability, such as MS Office suite.
Good communication capability.
Experience
The position requires strong technical background in chemistry with a sound base experience in paints, especially in paints color development and management.
