1. Ensures effective financial control is in place and provides business advice and guidance to the PRC Procurement / Logistic / Outsourcing / Planning Managers and Non-plant CAPEX related teams, which will assist them in achieving company’s goals


3. Provide Procurement / Logistic / Outsourcing / Planning managers with monthly financial reports and monthly reports on non-plant CAPEX to related teams; follow up on any variances in a timely manner; review and conduct monthly variance analysis on OPEX; preparation of the monthly SC report on Logistic, Inventory and Procurement parts;

5. Lead in the budget planning cycle of Procurement / Logistic / Outsourcing / Planning / Non-plant CAPEX by working with the business managers to develop key assumptions and reflecting all the factors/assumptions in the budget / Rolling forecast; Tracking performance of business against budget and provide timely and relevant feedback on potential risks and opportunities to management
6. Develops, implements, maintains and monitors policies and practices to ensure compliance to local regulations and Corporate policies whilst minimizing risk to the company; ensure internal and external compliance for financial and business processes; Ensure Procurement /CAPEX cycle and procedure under control;
7. Lead annual inventory / CAPEX stocktaking; Organize inventory / CAPEX cycle count in RDC;
8. Review the PR contract s and NPR contracts of Procurement / Logistic / Outsourcing / Non-plant CAPEX  and p rovide the financial professional suggestio n; Set up a mechanism to review and track VCP / Purchasing rebate; Conduct simulation for business cases upon request to support business decision
9. Supervise and coach the underling to ensure their duties are properly performed; Manage the target setting of team and follow u p; develop and build up personal leadership
10. As a finance contract window of Procurement / Logistic / Outsourcing / Planning / Non-plant CAPEX for internal / external auditors and all other financial and regulatory departments ensuring all statutory requirements are met.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent). ACCA or CPA preferred
2. Minimum 6 years total finance experience of which at least 3 year in similar type of position
3. Manufacturing Industry / big 4 firm preferred, China/IFRS GAAP knowledge required
4. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
5. ERP experience required
6. HFM experience preferred
7. Competent with Microsoft Office suite of software packages
8. Proficient in both Chinese and English
