1. Support manager in global mobility process consolidation and re-engineering, related local policy, documentation and templates design and refinement
2. Support manager on ongoing global mobility administration work including expat work permit, housing, car, schooling related administration support
3. Liaise with other global mobility hubs operation team regarding expat related expatriation and repatriation activities
4. Liaise and support Global Mobility case manager with new expat case preparation
5. Liaise with global mobility vendors for monthly tax filing, payment and other monthly activities
6. Provide expertise advice and feedback to the queries from employee/line manager/HR BP with regards to global mobility program and policy (esclated through HRS CMS)

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. BA/BS degree required
2. Conceptual, analytic skills, accuracy and neatness in delivery
3. Knowledge of market analysis, statistics and statistical reporting
4. Very good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent English (both written and spoken)
6. Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel at advanced level along with Word and PowerPoint at Intermediate level
7. Experience of operating with highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy
8. Professional in compensation and benefits with >2 years relevant experience
9. Customer oriented, influencing and problem solving skills
10. Experience in Global Mobility is a must
