Responsibility

1.   负责区域 HDC 年度销售指标达成。根据公司 HDC 渠道规划,推动当地 HDC 渠道建设。
2. 当地 KA 家装公司合同签订及维护。
3. 区域 HDC 渠道建设——设计师俱乐部、项目经理俱乐部、行业协会沟通。
4. 负责区域 HDC 渠道各个环节培训工作;售后服务协调。
5. 协助经销商 HDC 渠道建设。
6. 区域经销商设立、家装公司价格体系、 HDC 渠道促销活动的制定和执行。

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. 2-3 年涂料行业经验,有家装公司销售经验优先。
2. 对家装、工装渠道特性较为熟悉,对行业有一定的认知。
3. 有独立开发维护家装公司客户的能力,具备维护设计师团队的知识和能力。
4. 能与装饰公司各个环节(老板、采购经理、设计师团队、项目经理等),进行顺畅融洽的沟通交流。
5. 具备装饰公司活动策划能力,能独立完成装饰公司活动策划和执行。
