Responsibility

Marketing Strategy Planning and Product Portfolio Management:
1. Support marketing manager to develop annual marketing strategy and activation plan to deliver business target for assigned segment (i.e. Dulux SP&P Segment, Channel exclusive range for emerging channel).
2. Lead assigned segment product portfolio management to build strong and efficient portfolio to support business healthy growth.
3. Develop the integrated marketing campaign to continuously enhance SP/P premium and environmental friendly image incl. ATL communication campaign in TV/digital, in-store level POSM, trade communication, etc. Lead advertising agencies to ensure high quality implementation within agreed budgets and time constraints.
4. Develop the future NPD pipeline plan for SP/P segment to drive innovation leadership.
5. Support TT control/mass, MT and emerging channel (E-commerce and HDC) to drive business.
6. Monthly performance tracking to ensure sales performance on track and recommend corrective action plan.
Others:
0. A&P management: 1) Support marketing manager to manage and track marketing expenditure within agreed budgets for identified segment and recommends action to correct any variance from the plan.  2) Liaise with ATL other teams for overall ATL spending control.
1. Build up an efficient team by demonstrating strong leadership and excellent coaching skills.
2. Close to market to have strong business acumen.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. Bachelor degree with business related majority. Minimum of 7-8 years brand marketing background in multi-national company. Solid experience in product innovation and communication together with rich experience in digital marketing.
2. Have good strategic thinking. Be creative. Strong ownership.
3. Be able to take leadership and be self-motivated.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Be an effective team leader for business team.
6. Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills
7. Fluent in oral and written English, and skil l ful in MS office.
