Responsibility


A.                PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
1.         Formulate & implement monthly sales plans along with Area Head
2.         Adhere to the laid down sales processes in respect of:
Ø  Inviolable Controls
Ø  PDR (Plan -do-review)
Ø  PJP (Permanent Journey Plans)
Ø  DSR (Daily Sales Reports)
3.         Implement town/cluster level channel strategy to deliver the desired channel architecture and channel health.
4.         Management of sales & collections with existing channel partners.
5.                  Formulate and implement town/cluster specific Demand Generation activities
6.                  Implementing and monitoring promotional schemes with various channel partners
7.                  Establish and maintain the good working rapport with channel partners within assigned territories

Job requirements/Candidate profile

A.                KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS NEEDED
 
1.         Graduate/ MBA with 2-3 years of relevant sales experience. Industries preferred are paints, lubricants, consumer durable, building materials (Cement, Tile, Sanitary Ware) tyre and FMCG Companies.
2.         Should be willing to relocate, as per needs of the business.
3                Should be willing to extensively tour in the market
4.                  Must possess good communication skills, analytical ability & selling capabilities.
