Responsibility

-  Achieve the budgeted sales volumes, revenue and contribution margin within specific area by managing all activities related to the sales cycle
- Develop projects according to plan and accumulate projects storage utilizing dealers’ network- Help dealers on developing their teams by—
- Right promotion of corporate’s brand and value

- Introduction of products, process and services

- Internal and external environmental analysis, including but not limited to buz allocation and financial situation etc

- Overall capability improvement, including but not limited to buz capability and org efficiency


- Projects handling- Co-visiting first party and main contractor
- Bidding and tendering following up
- 3.Supervision of construction with TS team
- Complaint s settling and projects feedback

- Handle all the related commercial activities regarding own projects, including but not limited to pricing, overdue controlling and AR collection

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. University degree or above;
2. At least 3 year working experiences on retail channel management
3. Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
4. Good analytical skills and execution
5. Good business acumen with innovative enthusiasm
6. Fluent in Mandarin, workable English in written, and spoken is a preference
7. High motivation and results-orientated
8. Willingness to travel
