Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job
The Global Key User is responsible for solving complex issues HR colleagues in HR Shared Service Centers and all employees in the Rest of the World countries cannot solve themselves (50%). It is the responsibility of the Global Key User that global alignment is ensured by keeping alive a network of HR SSC Local Key Users (30%). Furthermore, the Global Key User will provide guidance and support on the use of the system functionality to this network (20%).
- Solves difficult Local Key Users’ questions and/or system issues; analyze the questions/issues and if IM related, create a problem description for submission to IM and/or liaise directly with the vendor for support
- Co-develops and maintains instruction materials and plays active role in training key stakeholders
- Publishes material and maintain Global HR Portal(s) for sharing knowledge with Local Key Users
- Actively manages a network of Local Key Users, gather requirements & best practices, in order to constantly drive knowledge and expertise
- Organizes regular meetings with all Local Key Users to discuss new changes and communicate developed solutions
- Takes part in projects as a member of the project team
- Deploys standardized testing approach including User Acceptance Tests, in case of new functionalities, and regression testing where necessary
- Provides input for vendors performance meetings and provides input for system performance dashboard
- Configures the global solution(s) by simulating requirement in staging zone first
- Analyzes functional aspects of system updates & upgrades and assess the business impact and inform/advice Local Key Users and other Stakeholders regarding new functionality and involve IM if analysis reveals the need for technical changes (release coordination)
- Ensures compliant access management as well as compliance with applicable data privacy rules and procedures of systems
- Works closely with the other Global Key User and Global Support to leverage and improve the users’ experience
