1. Lead the team to monitor and verify credit exposure for national project accounts, includes key accounts and general accounts.
2. Supervise team and make sure all AR accounts are properly registered and cleared according to business case and accounting rules.
3. Work with FSSC OTC team to maintain daily operation and close issues, maintain high quality of daily jobs and improve OTC process.
4. Check and approve customers’ credit worthiness and review periodical credit review to customers.
5. Provide and review regular credit reports and AR reports to support business requirement and strategy.
6. Drive collection progress and work with sales team to credit support, risk assessment, collection management, AR management, mortgage issues.
7. Work with multi-functions to smooth daily operation and month end closing, as FSSC team, treasury, accounting team, sales team.
8. Prepare for budget/forecast and regular reports.
9. Responsible for Project AR KPI as AR balance, overdue, bad debt, collection.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. Solid experience with AR and credit management, preferred experience with B2B estate business.
2. Background on SAP or other ERP system.
3. Experience in leadership management, especially on remote team management.
4. Bachelor degree or above, 8+ years experience on AR or credit management.
5. Work in international company is preferred.
