Responsibility

1. 负责所在区域与公司有战略关系的重点地产商工程项目的全部跟进工作, 提升重点工程项目签约成功率
2. 做好与重点地产商客户设计、成本、采购及项目部的对接及关系维护
3. 完成直供战略客户的下单及收款工作
4. 区域内挖掘培养适合为战略客户服务的工程经销商资源
5. 积极收集战略客户工程项目信息,满足公司信息管理需求

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. 大专及以上学历, 能熟练运用 OFFICE 等电脑办公软件
2. 5 年以上建筑建材行业工程销售经验,有同行业外企相关工作经验优先
3. 有重点客户销售服务及管理经验
4. 具有极强的工程项目直销能力,能独立开展各项业务工作
5. 熟悉苏州无锡等地的涂料工程市场状况,了解主要地产商在当地的在建项目情况,并在当地具有一定的人脉关系资源
6. 较强的执行能力,良好的沟通协调能力,具有较强的抗压能力
