Responsibility

1. Timely understand local  customers market dynamics, key business information.
2. Setup Regional Region sales team, managing team’s activities to meet company’s objective and goal.
3. Visit the accounts’ regional/city offices, key decision makers as the regional coordinator
4. Work together with AM on updating the project lists
5. Strive for more share in key account projects
6. Develop and achieve personal and team’s goals ( Include Volume, product mix%)
7. Build-up and maintain Regional customer network and relationship, improvement Key customer satisfaction and retention rate through key customer focus and proper customer solution.
8. Good communication and close works with key functions in organization.
9. Facility individual development  program to improve staffs’ capabilities.
10. Knowledge champion and training.
11. Provide timely and justice performance feedback and assessment to team members.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. Junior College degree or above in science, chemical engineering or related disciplines
2. At least 3 years working experiences; preferred experience in sales of building materials , chemical products or FMCG company.
3. Above 1 year working experienced in people management,strong team-sprit and team leader character.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good computer office software skill, and problem solving skill
