Secure and optimize the e-procurement processes based on SAP-SRM (including catalog buying), SAP MM  and other procurement tools (E-Sourcing, CLM etc.)
Main activities
- Contribute to and implementation of global e-procurement standards, tools and processes
- Monitoring the flawless execution of the process and pro-actively come with improvement suggestions
- Resolve issues with SAP-SRM, E-Sourcing and CLM in conjunction with IM
- Catalogue onboarding and maintenance
- Training of (key) users in SRM, E sourcing and CLM where needed
The current global e-Procurement systems are SRM, E-sourcing, and CLM. The region APAC includes all countries where AkzoNobel Chemicals has facilities.

Qualifications/ Education:
- Bachelor degree or comparable work and thinking level, either technical or commercial
Management/ General Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, influencing, entrepreneurship, result orientation, negotiation, problem solving, project management, team working/building.
- Ability to perform, understand and communicate detailed information analysis and evaluation
- Mandatory:  Fluent in English and Chinese
Functional Skills:
- Experience in working with SAP MM and  PM
- High Skill set in Excel
- Prior experience with SAP-SRM
- Prior experience with working with Hubwoo/Arriba
- Significant experience in data generating & reporting in MS Office Good comprehension of SAP (SRM & BW), eSourcing/CLM systems and solutions.
- Self supportive, pro-active and result driven
Common Tasks
- Manage the process for creation of master data for new supplier onboarding
- Manage the supplier onboarding process
- Coordinate and facilitate the Regional Bi-Monthly Power User Meeting
- Update Power users on New Functionality coming available
- Coordinate training sessions on New Functionality for Power Users
- Assist Power users with Trouble shooting end user issues
- Troubleshoot end user issues
