- Personally manages the end to end recruitment delivery of senior vacancies in the business (MM4 to MM6);
- Direct line management & development responsibility for the Talent Resourcing Partners and Junior Talent Resourcing Partners.
- Responsible for the operational delivery of the talent resourcing requirements within the country including the allocation, monitoring and quality of workload in the team
- Carries out initial screening and the first interview of shortlisted candidates as required for the vacancies allocated;
- Collates and monitors agreed global and local Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for the country and to provide timely and accurate reports to the leader along with recommendations for improving performance;
- Acts as the custodian of specific targeted areas assigned by the leader and proactively build talent pipelines internally and externally through the use of e-recruitment (ATS) and social media platforms such as Linkedin;
- Collates information from all the Talent Resourcing Partners responsible for pipelining other functional streams in order to form a coherent big picture of labor trends in the local market;
- Promotes AkzoNobel's Employer Branding Proposition across area of responsibility in order to achieve our employer of choice objectives;
- Builds strong relationships with key external suppliers; (recruitment advertising partner, 3rd party agencies) ensuring satisfactory commercial terms are in place for any new supplier;
- Provides appropriate training and support to hiring managers to ensure they are competent & skilled in recruiting in line with AkzoNobel processes, best practices and local law;
- Proactively looks to drive efficiency of process and reduce associated costs;
- Provides support to the leader in implementation/roll out of new programs;
- Advises and partners with hiring managers on the most suitable route to attracting and selecting candidates and deliver the agreed solution.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Competencies and Experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent preferably in management, HR or Psychology;
- Minimum 8 years in HR, preferably  in recruitment; at least 5 years in-house recruitment experience
- Proven line management / people management experience
- Proven experience of delivering successful, best practices, end to end recruitment campaigns within specified deadlines up-to senior levels;
- Knowledge of current local Employment Law relating to recruitment and selection
- Experience of working with e-recruitment (ATS) and social media platforms such as Linkedin;
- Preferably have had experience of implementing HR projects;
- Experience in building talent pipelines;
- Experience in using analytics as a tool for monitoring performance.
