Responsibility

1. Deliver sales result (vol, NR, CM) as per required target
2. Executes business strategies, sales plans and action plans within cleaning team
3. Develop and insure business growth with KA/direct customers by increase customer intimacy with different angles and setting up projects
4. Manage distribution channels, jointly customer visits, penetrate AN products with gathering more market in middle small customers
5. Identify new application opportunities, develop new customers, manage and successfully deliver projects
6. Work closely with functional teams including supply chain, operation, marketing and technical team, etc
7. Gather market information/ customer feedback/competitor activities, feedback to company
8. Timely write customer visit reports with direct customers and distribution channels
9. Monthly update accurate forecast and on-going projects in system.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. Bachelor degree in Chemistry or chemistry engineering
2. 3+ years working experience as commercial function and at least 2 years
3. MNC work experience is preferred
4. Technical background in cleaning industry is preferred
5. Good English capability
6. Team player, good communication skills
7. willing to travel intensively
