• The AkzoNobel Corporate Legal Team consists of attorneys-at-law. Within this team, one works with confidential and sensitive information. Your objective will be to provide support to lawyers and other professionals.

Primary tasks are:
o To manage and file data, including sensitive business and financial data;
o To draft or edit electronic documents (Word, PowerPoint presentations and Excel);
o To organize meetings and events for 3 or more individuals;
o To organize and facilitate Verizon and Skype to Business calls and Webexes;
o To organize travel arrangements;
o To file expense reports;
o To support the lawyers, paralegals and other professionals in calendar and email management, when required;
o To support filing legal documents and collecting approvals and authorizations;
o To liaise with outside counsel to provide and obtain information;
o To ensure and support the use of ALG systems (including SAP, Passport (case management), Zylab (contract management) and Company Book (legal entity management).
o To conduct information research for ALG members.

• Higher vocational / bachelor degree or equivalent
• Preferably, experience of working in large commercial organisation
• Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English skills
• Excellent Word, Excel and Power Point skills
• Excellent time management / prioritisation skills
• Eye for detail, accurate and well organized
• Able to work with sensitive and confidential information
