This role can also be based in other EU countries Main purpose:
The Regional Quality Director NW-E contributes to the development of the company's manufacturing quality strategy and drives the deployment in the respective region.   
Specific tasks:
- Supports in developing manufacturing quality strategy to secure customer acceptance and product and process quality
- Coordinates and manages regional quality programmes, activities and improvements in order to optimize product and process quality while reducing Cost of Quality
- Ensures and drives compliance of quality activities within the sites, in line with ALPS programs and standardized processes.
- Contributes to regional Manufacturing functional Excellence strategy and ensures quality alignment and improvement in the sites and with external manufacturers
- Supports regional Procurement in setting quality programs and requirements for external suppliers of raws and packs
- Supports on developing standardized quality assurance and control processes and tools
- Develops and owns deployment for functional excellence
- Provides (technical) assistance and expertise for quality assurance and -improvement and running Quality (ISO) audits
- Works closely with regional commercial business to align with market, channel and customers requirements with regard to quality
- Develops quality programs for external manufacturing and ensures compliance
- Identifies (strategic) investments for ensuring quality improvements
- Is familiar and complies with all the applicable policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE&S and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards
