As a result of the ambitious growth plans, an exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen in our office in Dubai, UAE for a Sales Support Specialist


The main responsibility of this role is to assist the Sales Manager to deliver maximum profitability and growth for the region through effective planning and developing of sales objectives and promotional initiatives. This includes delivering business support and drive customer service excellence. Sales Support Specialist will report to Vehicle Refinishes Premium Sales Manager. 


Main tasks and Responsibilities:


·         Analyze market data to support/ identify key segment opportunities.

·         Research customers and local competitors to fit with segment and regional strategies.

·         Work with the Regional Market Manager translating segment strategies, market research and customer requirements to create a detailed regional Market Segment tactical plan and set the key actions.

·         Maintain technical product knowledge and sales techniques and trends.

·         Create presentations and scripts and co-ordinates the correct personnel.

·         With the support of the Marketing Specialist develops and executes communication plan for the region

·         Facilitate the creation and execution of marketing promotion plans for new product launches including sales tools.

·         Actively assist in the design as well as the implementation of sales plans.

·         Systematically monitors business results being achieved  by the customers and develops ideas targeted at the increase of their profitability

·         Collects information and reports on the customer feedback regarding market situation.

·         Proactively informs about the opportunities for the improvement of products and services.

·         Be familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct and HSE standards and acting in compliance with all applicable regulations

Job requirements/Candidate profile

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Sales/Marketing with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Vehicle Refinishes industry. Applicant should be able to work in multi-disciplinary program and team. Candidate should be self-motivated and be able to work independently. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and high level of customer-focus. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
