Responsibility

Learning and Development role 50%




  • Understands the needs of the local businesses and acts as expert consultant to business/functional and HR leaders on L&D topics


  • Supports local implementation and delivery of global L&D initiatives and the design and development of local L&D initiatives aligned to the company strategy


  • Builds capability in the country to deliver on the strategy (Change Management, Project Management, Talent Development, High Performing Teams Development etc.)


  • Contributes to the design & development of regional policies and programs by sharing expertise knowledge and local perspectives


  • Works with regional team to standardize learning process, administration and offerings within the country to improve efficiency and reduce costs

HR BP role 50%




  • Works with regional team to standardize learning process, administration and offerings within the country to improve efficiency and reduce costs


  • Responsible for the operational HR delivery aligned with the business agenda and standard HR processes


  • Directly add value through their knowledge of major people needs and issues


  • Translates People Strategy into plans for the businesses supported and ensure they remain well coordinated


  • Implement initiatives to enhance the joint confidence, increase engagement among staff, improving leadership effectiveness and increase productivity


  • Champion of the HR Operating Model within the businesses supported

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Education an experience:




  • Degree in Human Resources, legal or other related areas


  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience in either Learning and development and HR generalist function preferably in a multinational business environment


  • Ability to work on a strategic and tactical level


  • Excellent English written and verbal communications skills


  • Results orientation, problem solving, project management and  stakeholder management
