Responsibility


  1. To win back the trust and loyalty from our Retail distributors and dealers by completing the transformation of the distributors and dealers to the Pyramid system.
  2. To prepare the sales retail team by exposing them to trainings and sales assignment in order to enhance their competencies and selling skills to meet the expectations from Distributors and Dealers in this new and challenging retail environment.
  3. To decide and design the right promotional campaigns with given approved budget and allocations in order to build customers’ trust, purchase and relationship.
  4. To design the sales strategy (weekly, monthly and quarterly) in accordance to market changes and competitive environment in order to have an upper hand over competitors in obtaining sales and orders from Distributors and Dealers.
  5. To approve and monitor the credit control, sales exceptions and promotions in order to ensure compliance with the budget and policy.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

        Educational Qualifications


·            Basic Degree or MBA in relevant field of study 


Relevant Working Experience


 


·         Progressive marketing and/or trade marketing experience in the FMCG environment, as well as in-depth field marketing, business knowledge and strong commercial awareness


 


·         Working knowledge of computer and software applications (Microsoft office) as job will require interaction with stakeholders regarding information


 


·         Strategic with strong budget knowledge


 


·         Excellent presentation and communication skills


 


·         Excellent relationship building capabilities


 


·         Demonstrate a high level of follow through and ability to meet multiple deadlines


 


·         Managing people with coaching, mentoring and strong leadership capabilities
