1. Achieve your annual sales targets, which including sales values, CM amt and ASP;

2. Extend your customer network by annual targets and sales value;

3. Balance your product portfolio by premium & high value products;

4. Conduct customer trainings (product promotion, new technology introduction and trouble shot) to level A and B customers at least one time in each quarter;

5. Control DSO and overdue by our criteria;

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. Bachelor degree;

2. Prefer 2-3 working years in sales/marketing functions and not come from the same industry;

 3. Multi-languages speaker, English is must, Chinese is the second, Japanese/Korean also prefer;

4. Be aggressive and confident;

5. Sales oriented;

6. Enjoy the high working pressure;

7. Give and take;

8. Do not change any agreements that we dealt together without the approval by your line manager;
