Responsibility

1.    Speedy & effectively handling customer complaints


·         All complaints must be contacted properly, response quickly, close in shortest time and have to ensure customers satisfy with clear explanation & given solution


·         Relevant info pertaining to complaint are surely collected with high accuracy which help for quickly issue identification and product verification


·         Compensation, goodwill to customers should be delivered as committed & letters to customers also be properly reviewed and sent in the shortest time with suggested corrective/preventive actions.


·         Identify, analyse possible root causes and collaborate closely with function depts. to handle and fix critical complaints effectively.


·         Visit complaint’ sites, particularly on critical cases, to ensure those complaints are addressed properly and elevated to the proper management level with suggested and proposed solution


·         All forms, procedures and process of complaint handling are periodically reviewed and proposed improvement (if any) to meet with the business needs and high customer’s demand


2.    Strong presence of Akzo Nobel in the field – helping to gain better understanding of the market, and building relationship with customers


3.    Build and develop team competency


·         Ensure team members are properly trained and provided with the product knowledge and skills


·         Regularly pay visit to complaint sites to understand more team’s capability and work environment


·         Quarterly hold dialogues with team to ensure high engagement level,  as well as review performance

Education


·         University or College Degree preferable in technical/ chemistry


·         Computer skill:   Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)

·         2-year-experience in customer service, experience with handling customer complaints is preferable;


·         Communication skill;


·         Negotiation and problem solving skills;


Personal


·         Good patient level


·         Confident, Responsible, team-work;


·         Accuracy, timing and sense of urgency.


·         Strong interpersonal skills to interface across internal and external stakeholders.
