To manage the sales of Decorative Paints in the region, contribute growth and profitability.

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets of sales and controllable costs
  • Execution of sales strategy – effective partner selection & distribution expansion
  • Deliver the Volume, Revenue and OPI as per budget from the sales operations maintaining favorable product mix
  • Achieve targets assigned for new product launches, net reach and market segmentation
  • Effectively manage credit in the market i.e. Credit Limits, Overdue, Bad Debts and Cheque Bouncing
  • Ensure brand visibility in the market through shop boards and promotional material
  • Facilitate structured & regular market intelligence to the Consumer Marketing team to ensure correct portfolio & pricing decisions
  • Interact with key influencers and maintain relationships
  • Build capability of the retail sales team to deliver the key commercial excellence
  • Act as Chief Emergency Controller for regional offices and warehouses in the event of an emergency.
