Job Purpose:

  • To lead and direct the sales team for the delivery of agreed business objectives in sales values/volume, gross margin, superior customer satisfaction, and all retail channels performance of decorative business plus other targets as outlined in business strategy and annual business plan.

Critical Accountabilities:

  • Direct and control the company’s sales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and carry out their responsibility to the required standards
  • Contribute to the development of the Business’s strategy, particularly in relation to sales objectives
  • Develop and control the budget for the sales function to ensure that all financial targets are met and that all necessary financial controls are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements
  • Develop all necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the sales function operates efficiently and effectively and achieves all sales objectives
  • Develop and implement all necessary commercial policies and procedures to ensure the effective promotion and marketing of the company and to meet business objectives
  • Establish a culture and build processes in the sales team to meet the sustainability ambition of the company

Job requirements/Candidate profile

  • A Bachelor level university degree is required, MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience is required, particularly in managing large numbers of people.
  • Expert/Master knowledge and extensive experience with the most current and advanced theories and practices within multiple related professional disciplines.
  • Thorough knowledge of company products.
  • Experience in either marketing and/or sales
  • Comfortable with IT and PC based applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Drive for results
  • Proficiency in Thai
