For more information visit Our New Global Fleet Manager will:
Fulfill the “Logistical process” cycle for all regions and ensure processing and monitoring of the ISO Tank fleet in order to optimally serve customer needs in alignment with the strategy of the sBU and the supply chain organization. Main objective in this is to manage and improve the processes of all ISO Tank handling and shipments of all Sulfur Derivatives products at optimal costs. This includes the leasing and maintenance of ISO Tanks
Maintain and improve working relationships with internal stakeholders like Business Managers, Customer Service and plant logistics in order to fulfill the demand of ISO Tank shipments.
Maintain and improve working relationships with external stakeholders like local governments, customers, other BU/companies using the same modalities. Goal of this activity is to maintain and improve a network in which we can optimize our ISO tank logistical setup and improve the total cost of ownership for the complete Supply Chain.
Analyzing the ISO tank market conditions and preparing the procurement negotiating process with suppliers’ rates and all other applicable conditions to receive a high standard for safety, service and reliability at optimal cost.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

· Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management or related area of study.
·  3-7 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Planning.  Experience in a Chemical manufacturing environment preferred.
·  Management experience preferred
·  Previous background in building and maintaining strong customer relationships internally and externally
· This position requires both a deep knowledge of planning; product; customer and production asset management. 
·  The successful incumbent will also have a high level of people management skills due to the lar number of collaboration partners.
·  Requires strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
·   APICS Certification, SAP & Six Sigma preferred
