Key accountabilities:
- Support the Marketing & Pricing Excellence Manager in driving the transformation agenda for Marketing & Pricing Excellence
- Implement Marketing & Pricing processes and tools and ensure sustainable embedding
- Facilitate the IBP, Sustainability and StageGate information, tracking and reporting processes
Key Activities:

- P roactively identify required competencies, capabilities, processes and trainings for the BU and RCUs to ensure alignment with the Global Marketing and Pricing Excellence programs
- Performs data collection, cleansing, validation and analysis and creates comprehensive insights
- Designs and adapts key business tools and processes; i.e. IBP, StageGate, Sustainability
- Identifies and develops business improvements and capabilities based on new insights from the key business processes
- Supports Segment Directors to report on progress on a continuous basis and ensuring that the reporting line is fully informed
- Support Marketing & Pricing Excellence Manager in management of the PMR, Gate Review and Sustainability Reporting process in the BU ensuring high quality segment and operational plans are delivered
- Leads specific working sessions in design and implementation activities where needed
- Identifies, reports and discusses key issues and develops action plans with the appropriate stakeholders
- Shares experiences and best practices between Segment teams
- Support Implementation managers and BU Marketing and Sales Excellence staff
- Reporting on appropriate KPI’s in the IBP, StageGate and Sustainability programs
- Working across the key stakeholder functions to collect, report and facilitate the key business sessions; i.e. PMR, Gate Reviews, etc.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business
- At least 3+ years of experience in a commercial environment 
- Ideally experience in more than 1 area of marketing and/or sales
- Analytical with good financial acumen
- Proven experience in Project management
- Experience with working in multi-disciplinary programs and teams, from start to implementation and delivering results
