Responsibility

- 负责深圳地区 KA 卖场业务的管理工作,结合公司销售策略以及市场发展趋势,及时作出销售预测,制定并执行生意计划,完成全年的业绩指标;
- 定期拜访客户门店,建立良好的客户关系,定期生意回顾,跟进客户的销量表现及进度,帮助客户及时发掘和解决问题,提高终端门店的销售表现和市场占比;
- 规划重点促销档期的促销活动及具体陈列、消费者互动活动,提前预热以及回顾总结;
- 领导促销员团队,规范促销员行为,激发团队激情,提高促销员的个人业务能力,培养人才

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- 有 3年以上的销售与卖场管理经验;

- 有自主学习能力和工作主动性、责任心强、思维敏捷、敢于挑战;

- 具有优秀的规划、沟通能力、分析能力和解决能力的问题,有良好的团队合作精神;

- 熟练运用 Excel /Word/PPT等办公软件进行销售分析及回顾报告;

- 有带团队经验者优先;

- 有建材经验、有驾驶证者优先
