Responsibility

- proactively seek for business needs and customer voices and translate into marketing strategies/plans
- lead and delivers agreed marketing solutions/plans via leverage marketing expertise teams
- c ompose annual marketing plan/agenda for the assigned channel/markets in cooperation with the marketing function teams
- t ranslate the marketing guidelines to the assigned channel/local markets
- take lead to collect and share best practices
- responsible for standardize and execution of marketing processes and tool-kits
- ensure global/region marketing strategies implementation and quality execution in assigned channel/markets
- lead sales and marketing joint-meetings
- other ad-hoc tasks to support business growth
